How it works with counsellors
  1. Prep AI drafts. It reads results, aptitude, personality and interests and writes a recommendation with its reasons.
  2. A counsellor decides. The school counsellor edits, approves or rejects the draft. Nothing reaches a family unapproved.
  3. The family reads it plainly. The approved report goes to the parent and student in plain language, with the counsellor's name on it.

Does the AI decide my child's future?

No. Prep AI drafts guidance with its reasons, a counsellor reviews it, and your child and family make every choice.

Who can see my child's information?

Only the people who need it: your child's teachers and counsellor, you, and your child. Private counselling notes stay with the counsellor. Nothing is sold.

What does it cost?

Nothing for parents and students. Schools pay a one-time onboarding fee and a yearly subscription counted on students only. Counsellors join free.

We already use a school system. Why change?

GuardAIn does the everyday work too — marks, fees, calendars, messages — and adds wellbeing, academic progression and career guidance for every student. We can bring your existing records across.

Can we choose which tools we use?

Yes. Switch features on or off for your school, show each team only what they need, and ask for anything that is missing.

What if a parent has no smartphone?

Updates and reports also go by SMS, and the school can print any report. A parent can sign in from any phone or computer when they have one.
